The Board of Directors of the International UFO Museum & Research Center
presented a "Resolution" in honor of Board Member Bruce Rhodes to his
widow Sharon on Thursday May 7. Mr. Rhodes was a long time volunteer and
champion of the Museum. Shown with Mrs. Rhodes are Board President Jack Swickard, Members Darrel Alexander and Jack Rodden and Vice President Barry Stone.

The Resolution reads:

   Desiring to make permanent an expression of appreciation for the long
and faithful service of Bruce Rhodes, the Board of Directors of the
International UFO Museum & Research Center of Roswell, NM does hereby
adopt the following resolution:
   RESOLVED: In commemoration of the passing on January 21, 2009 of our
dear friend and fellow Director, Bruce Rhodes, and to express the Board's
sincere appreciation to his wife, Sharon, for the long and faithful
service Bruce made to the Board deliberations in the furtherance of the interests
of the UFO Museum, the Board of Directors directs that this Resolution become
a permanent provision in Board minutes.
  Further that a copy of this Resolution be delivered to Sharon with our
deep condolences for her loss and the Board's expression of the love and
appreciation we have for a live well spent in service to the UFO Museum.
    Unanimously approved by the Board of Directors, this 22nd day of April,
2009.
